Practitioners who haven't updated their ROF outcomes after the appointment. Scheduled = past appointment still tagged "05A". Undecided = "05C Undecided" older than 7 days.
Manage Practitioners
Assign Chiro Leaders. Mark practitioners as Inactive when they leave the company — they're hidden from all reporting but their historical data stays attached to their name.
